WHAT IS BUSINESS MESSAGE?
• Business messages refer to the communication exchanged within and outside an
organization to convey information, instructions, announcements, or other relevant
content. These messages play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and
achieving organizational goals.
• Examples include emails, memos, reports, and presentations. The effectiveness of
business messages depends on clarity, conciseness, and the ability to convey information
accurately to the intended audience.

BAD-NEWS MESSAGES (LETTERS)

Rejecting a job

The simple pattern can be used for various types of negative messages (such as
refusals, partial adjustment replies, and complaints).
Note the three parts that it contains:

HOW TO WRITE BAD NEWS
MESSAGE

Your order for 40 colour monitors, is sincerely appreciated. We regret to inform you that the
