2. What’re we going to do
We’re making a performance in the action-ish type genre.
It’s story is roughly about a child whose sister was kidnapped and is trying to get
her back.
They will wear tracksuits and such to show that their ‘rough’ gang type people.
3. Script – Camera
It will start with a boy walking into a room - there will be another kid tied up and
looking rather frightened, the camera will film him walking in the door from both sides.
The boy will sit across from the tied up boy and the speech will happen in a shot-reverse way.
“Where is she”
“I- I don’t know”
It will then fade black and then fade back into view, the tied up boy will be bruised and bloody.
“I’ll ask you one last F***ing time… Where is my sister”
“… I – I swear man, I don’t know”
The camera will then fade black one more time and wait for around 5 seconds, afterwards, when
it fades back into view the boy will be gone, but the tied up boy will be lying on the floor in a
pile of blood, a bloodied bat on the floor next to him.
*Each set of speech will be shot-reverse*
4. Extra Details -
- In my group will be, Dan, Luke Bennison and Daryl
- The boy will have a bat the entire time, throughout each camera blackout the
bat will get bloodier and bloodier.
- Luke and I will be acting whilst Daryl and Dan will be doing the Camera work.
- We will use the setting of an old quiet-looking place, with a lot of concrete
and such.
- We will follow the 190 degree rule throughout the entire performance.
