The Genre I have chosen is Horror and
the Sub-Genre I have chosen is Slasher.
Log Line Summer is coming to an end and a group
of teens have plan a holiday to escape to
the countryside to a holiday house
outside the little town of Oak Farm.
Synopsis Opening- Opens on Lucy running, just a
shoot of her feet then cuts to a pair of
muddy boots walking towards the
camera slowly with a axe dragging
behind, scrapping off the floor. Then it
cuts back to a long shot of Lucy showing
her falling over then cuts to a black
screen…

3. Synopsis A close shot of her on the floor showing only her
face and all you can hear is Lucy heavy breathing,
then she Lucy dragged back in to the darkest
screaming. Cuts to black screen with the title bold
red ‘DON’T MOVE’. This is followed by a shot of
Sapphire siting on her bed on her laptop looking
at holiday houses for her and her friends to
escape to this summer, she calls Lucy to make the
finial plan.
The summer holidays are coming to the end and
for one group of teens this will be their last
summer together before they all leave to go their
different university’s. As they plan their last week
away together, little did they know they was
planning the last days of their lives. Before the go
to the house they stop in the town for supplies.
Whilst there they hear one of the locals telling
everyone about seeing ‘Grissom’ the mask figure
that’s going around killing people. James listens in
but doesn’t believe it and doesn’t tell anyone else
in the group about it. As strange things begin to
happened around them James tells the group
what he heard the locals saying. That’s when
everything turned up-side-down. Who will be
‘Grissom’s’ next victim?

4. Justification
for ideas.
Due to the results from my survey, my film
plot is based around the location which got
the highest results. ( “A house in the middle of
no where”) Then I created a plot with would
fit around the location . I wanted the story line
to be a mystery. I also wanted to make my film
relatable to my target audience that’s why I
used teenagers aged 17-18 years old.
