Meeting place for a lot of
young people in Drammen
● Games and consoles

Every Tuesday the loaners
are given opportunity to
play our whole range of
consoles

Gaming-night!

Twice a year

7:00 p.m – 03:00 a.m
•
120 participants

Buying games to our library
•
Social games with multiple players
•
Direct learning aspect not important
•
Integration of our loaners, 23% are immigrants

Some results

•
More than 30 000 game-loans in three years
•
A lot of new library users – especially boys
aged 10-16
•
The library is a popular place to hang out
•
Experienced a large interest from the library-
field
•
Dedicated staff members
