a hosting service of Redmine.
We had less than 5 paid customers
at the end of 2009.

23. More and more enterprises in Japan
started to use Redmine.

exceeded “Trac” in Japan.

26. “Redmineによるタスクマネジメント実践技法”
(Ogawa and Sakai)

Matsue Center Building (33㎡)

31. I became a “Contributor”
on redmine.org.

32. Since that, I have been checking patches,
triaging issues, and giving feedbacks.

34. Planio launched the service for Japan with
Far End Technologies.

35. Planio is better Redmine.
Improved UI and features.

36. We are now able to offer another
Redmine-based cloud service to
Japanese customers.
