Professional Summary
I was functioning in the role as an administration officer for TFD Network Africa which entails several
functions. I was responsible for Payment and order processing with suppliers, client servicing, invoice
recordings and also overall staff monitoring and administrations.
I also hold invaluable previous experience as a supervisor on customer service and vast experience
creditors reporting. I have also served as an executive PA and assistant manager in sales and
accounts.

General:
Responsible for documentation and administrative support to the Project Manager and assigned
Project Execution Team as directed by Director.
Support the efficient and effective functioning of the project.
Provides a high level of coordination and organizational project support to maintain strict
confidentiality in performing the duties of the Finance
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain job files in accordance with Company work instructions and applicable project
instructions.
Prepare correspondence, presentations and/or reports as required.
Follow-up on correspondence and outstanding requests for resolution.
Coordinate for Project Team, Client and/or Vendor meetings.
Responsible for the setup and cleanup of meeting facilities utilized by Project Manager and/or Project

Assist Project Manager and Project Team with document distribution, scanning, copying, etc.
Receive certified drawing approval from appropriate engineer, issues certified drawing, and scans
into Company specific document management system
Assemble data books or operating manuals as necessary.

Prepares meeting packages and distributes to Council Members at least two days prior to the
meeting
Attends, records and transcribes minutes for Meetings
Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data

Processes outgoing mail
