WORKING EXPERIENCE
I have gained more than 10-year experiences in ERP industry and taken over responsibilities
to implement the full-cycle of more than 10 ERP projects successfully according to Microsoft
ERP Implementation Methodology. Hereby are key points regarding my duties over past 8
years:
o Pre-sales role: consult business process as well as functionality of ERP solution
to demonstrate that system can match with unique requirements of particular
customer
2. o Conducting customer functional requirements: cross over all departments
write down Functional Requirement Documentation as per requirements of
each department
o visualize customer requirements & write detailed design documentation (As It
to Be)
o Technical documentation as users’ needs with UML tools and take a role as
bridge to execute/monitor enhancement of new features into current system if
any
o Re-engineering business process (program new functionalities or amend
existing ones with C/AL language) of ERP NAV system as customers’
requirements if any
o Do customization of new reports or amend existing ones according to users’
requests by SSRS/Visual Studio/ “C/AL” tools.

Scope of project: Full package of NAV (NAV V 2007)+ discrete solution for
beverage
Main duties:
Implemented full ERP package such as finance, trading, inventory & manufacturing modules
for beverage industry
• Advised and applied effectively features of dimensions values for example costing
3. center, market segment, revenue & brand as the needs of HQ
• Make costing analysis to ensure two costing systems in one ERP systems: the standard
costing of BOM as requested by HQ and month end average costing reports as
requested by local tax authorities.
• Advise and implement the mapping of the local chart of account with HQ chart of
account and then can pull out two financial accounting packages: one as Vietnamese
Accounting Law and one for Carlsberg Asia
Achievement:
- Project has been done on time as schedule and gained strongly satisfaction from
customer. Then company got three more contracts with the same customer to roll
out for other three subsidized companies (Carlsberg Lao & Pepsi Lao)
- The core database of Indochina then becomes the core ERP system that will be
rolled out as subsidized package for all companies of Carlsberg in Asia.
Ajinomoto Vietnam (Over 100 users)
From Aug 2010 to Sep 2011
Role: Project Manager + Senior functional consultant
Scope of project: warehouse management + trading management for retail
industry (NAV V 2009 RTC)
Main duties:
• Work as the project manager as well as senior consultant
• Implemented full warehouse management modules: Lot & Lot status management,
Zone & BIN control, Assembly process, input & output stock process, optimal space of
stock, delivery costing calculation and so on.
• Implement full process of trading module plus with some enhancement features such
as multiple kinds of promotion, discount, set item + price, campaign, free items when
buying a set, sales campaign and web sales management portal for more than 80
contractors across Vietnam
Achievement:
- Successfully enhance new features: stock space optimization for particular
Ajinomoto standard, master data planning for delivering as well as month end
transportation costing calculation function into Navision
- Received the high appreciation from customer and signed the new contract to
implement those new feature for another Ajinomoto factory located in the North of
Vietnam.
Toshiba of South East Asia (Singapore + Malaysia + Vietnam – Over 200 users)

Cope of project: full ERP NAV (NAV V 2009 RTC) + Add-on Web Service portal for
warranty registration
Main Duties:
• Implement, support, maintain, enhance and execute Microsoft dynamics NAV ERP
systems
• Analyze local requests and execute the implementing progress from local service
4. provider to ensure all requests will be facilitated and adapted for both local and
regional disciplines
• Daily monitor, control, check and execute the interchange of data from the web service
portal to NAV ERP system and vice versa for over 100 subcontractors throughout
Vietnam
• Ensure the on-time support issues related the interchange, integrity and consistency
data amongst ERP system with web service portal.
• Customize reports (by SQL Reporting Service tool) such as outstanding sales report,
outstanding purchase report, and inventory detail report and so on.
Achievement:
- Rolled out successfully the in-house portal of online warranty management system
in Vietnam integrated into ERP NAV system and replicated this set for Malaysia
- After implementing successfully the warranty portal for Malaysia, this set then
used to replace the old warranty system of Singapore.
- Build the core package with the core modules of NAV that integrated with financial
module of Oracle for Singapore. It is then replicated for Malaysia and Vietnam with
the same set.
