Setting The sequence begins with a females voice, covering the basics of the driving rules,
this is then replaced with consistent snippets of loud heavy music police chase
action each separated by a thud, this could essentially be a brief insight into the
previous events from a past game or future events which will appear in this title. As
the chase begins to increase in volume more hazardous sounds are heard, ranging
from vehicles being slammed, the loud screech of street race tires and what would
seem like oncoming traffic, These sounds set the scene for a high priority police
chase with the convict or driver continuously manipulating their surroundings to
escape the officials.
All of the following elements are used collectively
to bring to life the games cut scene.

Mood
0:01-0:11 Calm: Flowing wind used as an ambient for the female dialogue, this may
imply the female is in an outdoor environment
0:12-0:18 Excitement: consistent snippets of loud heavy music and police chase
action each separated by a thud
0:12-0:20 Intrigued: Car engine noise which becomes louder over time adding the
effect that the car is approaching.
0:25-0:28 Serious: All outgoing sounds are momentarily supressed and a sudden
police siren begins to sound, this tells us that the officials noticed the disturbance
and an additional officer has just arrived.
