This document describes creating a sound effect for a game using a virtual MIDI keyboard and instrument effect plugin. The creator used a thunder VST plugin and MIDI keyboard to generate the sound of a passing space war with simulated gunfire, creating the third of four planned sound effects.

Using the virtua midi keyboard and a single instrument effect, I have created the third of four sound effects which could be featured in a game. Using the
thunder VST generated plug in and the midi keyboard I was able to create the sound of a passing space war and simulated gunfire.
