The CMAP program has three levels - Director, Executive, and President - designed to recognize Career and Membership Achievement in FBLA-PBL. At each increasing level, members complete a certain number of activities in the areas of Service, Progress, and Education. The Director level requires 10 activities focused on basic career skills and can be completed at the local level. The Executive level focuses on intermediate career development and leadership, requiring 12 activities including a resume and mock interview. The President level focuses on advanced skills and community leadership, requiring a portfolio presentation and international travel project.
