Assessment Results
Background
From the results of formative and summative assessment
ought reported to be useful for educational purposes.
Through valuation report all interested parties to
determine the ability and progress of students, as well as to
determine the success of education in schools, and on that
basis anyway authorities can determine the steps and
efforts should be made to improve the process and
outcomes of education.
Formulation Of The Problem
1. How is the follow-up assessment and reporting
assessment results?
2. What the problems that occur in the field of
education in the follow-up assessment and
reporting assessment results and what solutions are
offered to solve the problem?
The Purpose
1. Knowing follow-up results of the assessment
and reporting of assessment results.
2. Knowing what are the issues in the
assessment and follow-up results
    reporting of assessment results and to find
solutions to these problems.
3. Completing the course assignments for
evaluation in learning physics.

A. Follow-up Assessment
In this case, the teacher must first uncover what
exactly is the cause of the failure factors, so it can take
the appropriate steps to address
them. Teachers also must offer alternatives to
students so that he can succeed in repairing themselves
