The communication needs to be in a common language between the speaker and listeners so that
both can have effective interaction between them and understand the topic effectively. Effective
communication can only make the listener to understand the topic. If the language is
inappropriate then the listeners will not be able to understand it properly. If the speaker will not
be able to speak properly, then he will not be able to communicate effectively and he will not be
able to explain the topic the listeners group. The message or information cannot be transferred
without the effective communication between the listeners and the speaker. Effective
