Aztecs to victory in at least
three wars during his reign.

Herman Cortes
When Cortes and the
Spaniards arrived in
Tenochtitlán,
Montezuma welcomed
and brought them to
his palace.
Some time later he
became prisoner in his
own palace and was
killed.
11. The Aztec daily life was quite simple. In fact, Aztec
family life was very similar to many modern day
cultures. For example, the husband was responsible
for supporting the family and the wife’s role was to
provide the family with clothes and food.
