• Evaluating whether elementary students who
order hot lunch are choosing and eating the
fruits and vegetables offered

• Is the public school offering healthy food
lunch options?
• What types of healthy food choices are
available?
• Are the children eating the healthy food
choice(s) or throwing it away?
