MC Renhad successas a soloartistin the early90s — his 1992 EP "KizzMy BlackAzz" went

Deathof Eazy E
On February24, 1995, Eazy-E wasadmittedto the Cedars-Sinai Medical CentreinLosAngeleswith
whathe believedtobe asthma.Insteadhe wasdiagnosedwithAIDS.He announcedhisillnessina
publicstatementonMarch 16. Eazy's sexual activitybeganatthe age of twelve andresultedinnot
onlya lethal disease,butalsoinsevenchildrenwithsix differentwomen.He dieddue to
complicationsfromAIDSone month afterhisdiagnosis,onMarch26, 1995, at approximately6:35
PM(PacificTime).He was31 yearsold.Duringthe weekof March 20, havingalreadymade amends
withDr. Dre andSnoopDogg, Eazy-E draftedhislastmessage tofans,"A few timesIusedJimmy-
Hats, butmost of the times,Ididitraw, and I ain'tgay". One weekafterthe release of thatmessage,
Eazy succumbedtothe disease.Eazywasburiedat Rose HillsMemorial ParkinWhittier,California.
In November1995, eightmonthsafterEazy-E'sdeath, hisfinal album, Str8off tha Streetzof
MuthaphukkinComptonwasreleased.
