On February24, 1995, Eazy-E wasadmittedto the Cedars-Sinai Medical CentreinLosAngeleswith
whathe supposedlytobe asthma.Insteadhe wasdiagnosedwithAIDS.He announcedhisillnessina
publicstatementonMarch 16. Eazy's sexual activitybeganatthe age of twelve andresultedinnot
onlya lethal disease,butalsoinsevenchildrenwithsix differentwomen.He dieddue to
complicationsfromAIDSone monthafterhisdiagnosis,onMarch26, 1995, at approximately6:35
PM(PacificTime).He was31 yearsold.Duringthe weekof March 20, havingalreadymade amends
withDr. Dre andSnoopDogg, Eazy-E draftedhislastmessage to fans,"A few timesIuseda condom,
but mostof the times,Ididit withoutone,andIain't gay".One weekafterthe release of that
message,Eazysuccumbedtothe disease.EazywasburiedatRose Hills Memorial ParkinWhittier,
California.InNovember1995, eightmonthsafterEazy-E'sdeath,hisfinal album, Str8off tha Streetz
of MuthaphukkinComptonwasreleased.
