Self –management includes qualities such as
self-awareness, decision making, problem
solving, efficient time management, planning,
handling stressful situations, etc.

performances, be it related to
academics, productivity, doing tasks on
time and manage oneself to do things
in the best way.

• Self-awareness: always take honest feedback and
gather insights into your personality and work-
specific proficiencies.
• Responsibility: own your assignments and
responsibilities because it is a step towards self-

• Time management: Prioritize the task, remove

Stress is a normal, physical or mental agony

upset or danger whether it is real or imaginary.

• External self-awareness: understanding how
