2. The second standard of the conceptual framework of the College of Education
provides information about the graduate of the College in the various teaching
methods. As a student of a faculty of education must be aware of the concept of
diversity. It must also understand what diversity in teaching methods is, and the
diversity of methods of explanation. In addition to their ability to link the
concept of diversity with its awareness of individual differences within the
classroom.
The student of the Faculty of Education must take into account the
characteristics of the learners. It should also focus on the different cultural and
social context among learners. Because diversity is not limited to teaching
methods, but includes all the changing and diverse things between students and
different environments. The teacher must believe that every student is capable
for learning whatever his circumstances and abilities. The right to education
must be provided to all students even those who are healthy or have special
needs. The students are different, but everyone has the ability to acquire
information and knowledge.
One of the most important projects that we have started from curriculum
course, first teaching methods, second teaching methods, and field training, is
that we have designed a full unit of study. The design of the unit included
several sections, including general introduction, general information about the
nature of the unit, general information about the school. A part of the unit also
provided information about the focus on the characteristics of the learners and
their social, economic and cultural backgrounds. The unit also included the
objectives to be achieved through the unit. It also included plans for unit
lessons, teaching methods, using technology through the unit. The unit also
included the structural foundations and the fundamentals based on research and
3. previous studies, which can be used as previous philosophies and schools as the
basis for the design of the unit. The unit also focused on the diverse methods of
evaluating students' various abilities and performance during the unit.
This work is closely related to the second standard of the conceptual
framework of the College of Education. Where the teacher designing a plan for
unity must take into account several things. For example: diversity in teaching
methods, the cultural and social diversity of learners, the different
characteristics of learners. The unit is designed based on its knowledge of the
general level of students. Therefore, that he can come out with the greatest
amount of absorption benefit among students. The preparation of a unit plan
requires the design of fair assessment methods for students that take into
account, as far as possible, the diversity of student levels and ensure the best
results. This work has been widely conceptualized for the second frame, since
it matches most of the items of the second standard.
This work has helped my broad understanding of educational and cognitive
matters. Because preparing a plan for unity is essential for every teacher. Each
teacher must acquire the skill of preparing the unit. Some may think that
preparing and planning a unit is normal. However, in fact, the preparation of
the unit depends largely on the diversity of teaching methods, and taking into
account the characteristics of the growth of learners. For example, as a teacher,
while designing an activity for a particular lesson, I must consider that it fits all
the students in the class. If a student is a special needs student, I should keep as
far away as possible from activities that require movement. In addition, for
example, if I had a student who had slower cognitive abilities than others did in
the classroom. I must treat him fairly. I must bear in mind that all students are
able to learn whatever their abilities. In addition, it is very important to design
assessment methods that are appropriate for everyone. In addition, to compare
the performance of this student himself and how to improve and develop. It is
not fair to ignore him during my design with all that concerns loneliness.
4. If I have the opportunity to modify or change something to this work. I would
provide workshops that are more specialized for graduates of education in the
preparation of plans for different units. It is also widely understood that
students get the link between designing and preparing plans, taking into
account the diversity of teaching methods, assessment and learners' growth
characteristics.
