These types describe the extent of interaction between project actors. Pooled interdependency
means, that actors do not interact straightly, but contribute individual pieces to the whole. Even
though they are not directly linked, their performance affects each other. Sequential interdependency
has a serial form. There is the direct interdependency of units on each other: the output of the entity
becomes the input for the followed one. Both parts make contributions to and are sustained by the
whole. In case of reciprocal interdependency, the outputs of each become the inputs for the others,
but not in a serial form. Each unit poses contingency for the other. Reciprocal interdependency has
the highest level of complexity and dominates in construction projects, which shows the need for the

Thompson (1967) suggests that sequential interdependency consists of the elements of pooled
interdependency, whereas reciprocal interdependency embraces the elements of both pooled and

Woodstock was a huge music and art fair that lasted 3 days in the summer of 1969. The site tells
who sponsored Woodstock, what different people's opinions were on the purpose of the festival, and
what occurred over the course of the planning and duration of the concert. The promoters wanted to
link the theme of the concert to the anti–war sentiment. Many people who were involved were
stereotyped as drug users or left –wing politicians because of their appearances. These events,
although intended to send a message of peace, also caused a great deal of conflict.
In addition to this information we are given the names of the performers who participated in the
concert. This site also has information of other events that took place during the 60's, such as The
Monterey International Pop Festival, which took place in order to show that pop music should be
accepted as a serious art form, as jazz was. This event first took place in the summer of 1967. This

of the riots, while Armstrong and Crage focused on the lack of lasting significance of the riots,
which directly refutes the beliefs of Carter. Stonewall: the Riots That Sparked the Gay Revolution,
was written by David Carter in New York, and published in 2004. This book serves the purpose of
identifying Stonewall as the starting point for the modern gay revolution as a whole. It argues that
the riots set a spark that ignited America in favor of homosexual rights as well as political and social
opportunity. This book is valuable because it not only acknowledges the riots at Stonewall as

equal rights for women, the American people were rising up and discovering that their voice in the
political discourse was just as important as those they elected to office. One other such group that
awakened and challenged the existing status quo that kept them silent and scared were the lesbian,
gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) communities across the country. From the first large–scale
associations of LGBT individuals that formed in San Francisco in the 1950's to the political and

Deserts are mostly found in the east but a few are also found in the western region of the Americas.
They are very hot places with low moisture and barren waste lands. When you think desert what
normally jumps into your head is sand cactus and clear skies with the sun beating down on you. The
maximum temperature for a desert can climb up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature in
winter only drops a few degrees and it receives a small amount of humidity. The average amount of
rainfall year round is less than 15 cm. Vegetation is very rare, it's mostly restricted to ground–

They will eat insects and reptiles. Most coyotes live alone or in pairs, but may live in larger groups.
Mainly their only predator is mountain lions, but more recently it is developing into humans as well.
There are many ways human activities can impact the desert biome, at least where there is an
existing ecosystem. Development by mining or residential use is one way, as would be diverting the
limited water supplies for agricultural use elsewhere. Humans can damage the desert ecosystem if
they use the areas for recreation in an unwise fashion.
Off–road riding (4x4 and dirt bikes) can damage desert plants and pollute the soil, as well as
disrupting the activities of wildlife. Diverting water supplies, which are already likely scarce, can
prevent infrequent rainfall from reaching the native plants. Killing rodents or predators that invade
farms impacts the food chain that exists in the desert. Although it may not appear so, most deserts
support fragile ecosystems that are easily damaged by roads, mineral refuse, or oil contamination
that can come from industries or mines.

Drugs highly influence music in the sixties with bands such as The Byrds, The Doors, The Grateful
Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Strawberry Alarm Clock, and The Beatles. These bands took inspiration
from the affects that the drugs had on them with their psychedelic properties. Drugs were also just
starting to get introduced and people were highly influenced with positive drug propaganda ("The
60 's"). So, the positivity about drugs were influencing the bands and the bands were influencing the
people and the more dugs being bought, the more people heard about them, and the more people
heard about them, the more they were used, so basically it was just an endless cycle of drug
positivity.
So now there are more than a hundred thousand people in America who are being influenced by this

as men where. In 1962, 1.2 million American women were using it and by 1965 that number reached

marriage, but now into the sixties, it became more and more common for teens and young adults to

Ironically this helicopter saved Woodstock or the show might not have gone on. So the U.S. army
saved the day for a crowd of people who were mostly anti–war.
On Saturday the only non–drug related death of the event occurred. There was a tractor pulling a
tank trailer to pull the sewage from the portable toilets away. The grounds looked like a trash can by
now with cellophane, sleeping bags, and cigarette butts littering the ground, but under this mass
slept a 17–year–old Raymond Mizak. The tractor slowly ran over him. He died in his sleep. Also on
Saturday two army jet planes flew over Bethel and broke the sound barrier. Conspiracies raged
within the Woodstock Festival that the government was trying to disrupt their gathering or that they
were all on the biggest drug experience of their lives.
On Sunday one of two births happened. A bearded hippie drove a motorcycle that roared up to the El
Monaco Hotel. On the back was a woman screaming that she was having a baby. Resort owner
Elliott Tiber raced in. The theory used to determine that Elliott Tiber was the one to deliver the baby
was the fact that he was the only one not stoned. On Monday morning it ended with the finale with
Jimi Hendrix's rendition of the Star–Spangled Banner. That moment is has gone down in Rock 'n'
Roll history as one of the greatest moments ever.
