If you want to create an Event registration form then, choose that template.
Choose whatever template that you want and then, it will open the form
editor. (For this tutorial I am using contact information template. I

● You can change the title of the form and add some description.
● If you want to remove any question then, first select it. After selecting the
question you can see a delete button which when clicked deletes the question

● You can click undo (command + z or ctrl + z) to undo the action.
● Change the question or edit the answer type of any question if necessary.

● After editing the form, go to the responses section and there click create
spreadsheet option to connect the form to any existing spreadsheet or a new
spreadsheet. Connecting a form to any spreadsheet will store all the

the form, you can manage how many times a respondent can fill the form and

button.
● After, you make changes try filling the form as a respondent using the preview

● Finally, when your form is ready, click the send button to share the form. This
will open a pop up where you will find different options to send the form such
as, send via email, generate a link or embed iframe on your website. After you
share your form through any of the following options, you can find the
responses in the responses tab or you can open the connected spreadsheet.
