The Crowne Plaza hotel in Cochin, which is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG),
opened in December 2012. I was part of the crucial pre-opening team that was responsible
for overseeing the hotel opening.
As theConcierge Team Leader, I oversee and direct all aspects of the Concierge service
operations and lead the coordination of any guests’ needs, special requests, and inquiries. I
supervise the Concierge, Bell desk, Travel Desk, Doorman and Drivers.
