from our guest. ( such as Concierge service, Business center services, tour consultant
services…etc.)
b) According the situation and guest request, offer fast check in / checkout at Regent
Club Lounge or in room check in / checkout.
c) Open daily breakfast and evening cocktails
d) Maintain each function area good atmosphere such as Lounge, dinning area, pantry,
meeting room, realax area..etc.

Yi boutique hotel is in pre set up and fully open by May 2011. As an executive butler I was
responsible for many departments.
Overseeing Front Office with 6 senior butlers, oversee rooms set up.
