 I can appreciate and accept that others differ from me in many ways:
 Cultural Likes/Dislikes
 Gender Socio-economic
 Political Physical
 Religious Age
 Values Philosophy
 Opinions Thoughts… ideas… background…

3. What does DIVERSITY mean to you…
 Discuss with your class!

4. Keep an OPEN-MIND…
 It’s important to understand human rights! Justice, equality, respect for
group differences, and individual integrity is all part of that.
 Just as you want to be treated fairly and with respect,
so does everyone else…
 Differences give us the opportunity to learn, accept, and
realize that the world is a big place, and there is room for all of us
and our ideas, opinions, beliefs, etc.
