Experience in Shopping Mall : Worked as a Operational Executive,Security & Maintenance
Manager of Mushrif Mall, one of the prestigious project of Lulu Group International . Now
working as an Administration Officer in Ruwais Mall, owned by ADNOC and managed by Lulu
Group International from Jan 2014 to till date. Before Mushrif Mall, I have worked in Al Wahda
Mall as an Operation Executive and Security Supervisor.
Job Profile in Shopping Mall
Now working as an Administrative Officer in Ruwais Mall and the duties are as under :-
 To assist and report to the Mall Manager in all Operational and Administration work
of the Mall.
 To properly co-ordinate the respective service providers like Security, House Keeping
and Maintenance and the compliance of terms of the agreement.
 To check monthly requirement of stationery and to arrange local purchase.
 To co-ordinate purchases of office equipment, furniture and fixtures etc.
 To arrange printing of stationery, visiting cards etc.
 To arrange transport to the staff in consultation with Transport companies.
 To arrange uniforms for the eligible staff.
 To arrange accommodation for eligible staff.
 To attend the correspondence related to the above duties and responsibilities.
 To co-ordinate Speciality Leasing and to issue Offer letter.
In addition to the above all other duties entrusted by the Mall Manager
Worked as a Security & Maintenance Manager, Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE from Jan 2010 to
Jan 2014 ( 4 years experience ) and the duties are :-
* to assist and report to the Mall Manager in general matters including
Security, Safety and maintenance work.
 to attend costumer complaints against tenants and sorted out the complaint through
liaison.
 to check all the area of the Mall regarding to safety, cleaning and ensuring that
nothing is found un attended.
 Issuing instructions to the security guards and watching their performance.
 To assist Civil Defense official for any civil defense requirement.
 to arrange training for security guards to improve their knowledge for how to handle
the emergency situation and dealing with the customer.
 to issue proper instructions/orders to the Security Supervisors regarding Mall policy
including safety of customer and property.
 to arrange meeting with the Operation Managers of Security and General
maintenance (Cleaning) companies for their better performance.
 to attend police cases due to traffic incident/accident related to Mall including loss of
personal things of customer.
 to supervise the pest control/rodent treatment inside the Mall.
 To supervise and monitor CCTV and ensure proper functioning.
The duties of Maintenance Manager are :-
 to assist and report to the Mall Manager in maintenance work to be carried out in the
Mall.
 To attend all maintenance complaints pertaining to electrical, plumbing
and all civil work on priority.
 To co-ordinate all technical staff for daily/emergency maintenance works.
 To liaise with the maintenance engineer and assist them to rectify the complaints on
priority.
Worked as a Operation Supervisor at Al Wahda Mall & Mushrif Mall Abu Dhabi, UAE from Feb
2009 to Jan 2010 and the duties are :-
 To assist and report to the Mall Manager in general regarding operational activities
and maintenance of the Mall.
 To assist the Mall Manager pertaining to inviting quotations from the established
companies involving respective Executive/Supervisors for the following servicers :-
