) Oh! The bird of paradise My heart is a garden for
you .
(In paradise, Gardens and beautiful singing birds will be there. And the birds
will choose the trees in garden and forest to sing and enjoy. So the poet is
comparing his heart with garden calling the bird to come and sing )

(In paradise, Gardens and beautiful singing birds will be there. And the birds will choose the trees in garden and forest to sing and enjoy. So the poet is comparing his heart with garden calling the bird to come and sing )

So the poet is telling that bird to come to his garden where everything will be there). Spread ,big = ُ ‫ان‬ َ ‫ن‬ْ‫ي‬ َ ‫ف‬

(The poet is comparing his heart’s trees branches with strings,fluts and lutes which will play music for birds song). Branch ( = ‫ج‬ ) ‫ن‬ َ ‫ج‬ َ ‫ش‬ ‫ان‬ َ ‫ج‬ ْ ‫ش‬ ً ‫أ‬ String = ‫ر‬ َ ‫ت‬ َ ‫و‬ ( ‫ج‬ ) ‫ار‬ َ ‫ت‬ ْ ‫و‬ َ ‫أ‬ Flute = ‫ة‬َ‫اي‬ َ ‫ن‬ ( ‫ج‬ ) ‫ايات‬ َ ‫ن‬ Lute = ‫ود‬ ُ ‫ع‬ ( ‫ج‬ ) ‫ان‬ َ ‫يد‬‫ع‬
  • 10. ْ ‫و‬ َ ‫د‬ْ ‫ر‬‫ف‬ ْ ‫ال‬ َ ‫ر‬‫ائ‬ َ ‫ط‬ ‫ا‬َ‫ي‬ َ ‫َل‬ َ ‫أ‬ ُ ‫ان‬ َ ‫د‬ ْ ‫ج‬ ِ ‫و‬ َ ‫ر‬ ْ‫ع‬ ِّ ‫الش‬ َّ ‫ن‬‫إ‬ ِ ‫س‬ 6 ) Oh! The bird of paradise, indeed the poem is an emotion. (The poet is saying that poem is not mathematical or scientifical thing to think and write. Poem doesn’t come through thinking but it comes from feeling). Emotion = ُ ‫ان‬ َ ‫د‬ ْ ‫ج‬ ِ ‫و‬

(The poet is saying that the poem or song which comes through feelings will be original without any lie and slander). Chanting = ‫و‬ ْ ‫د‬ َ ‫ش‬ Real = ِ ‫س‬ ْ ‫ف‬ َّ ‫الن‬ ُ ‫ر‬ ْ‫ع‬‫ش‬ Slander = ‫ان‬ َ ‫ت‬ ْ ‫ه‬ُ‫ب‬

(The poet is telling the bird that the people will not understand the original poem which is there in its song. Because in contemporary world there is no human who loves nature and has senses of humour to feel).

We are brothers in that (The poet is asking the bird to give him a poem saying that they don’t have blood relationship to be real brothers but they are brothers because of poem and poetry ).
