Blogger taught the author about keeping track of their progress on a project through an online database they can access anywhere. InDesign helped them learn how to layout magazine pages with margins, images, and effects to create a specific feel. Photoshop provided insights into the media world by allowing easy editing of images. Prezi taught the author how to create online presentations that store information and images in any order, and can be shared on social media or embedded elsewhere for feedback or to display information.

2. Blogger
‘Blogger’ is the blogging website I chose to help me rack my work
throughout this project. It’s simple and easy to use layout and
settings helped me create a post for each stage. From research to
planning and then through construction.
Blogger has taught me about how keeping track of my progress
throughout the project on a online database that I can access from
anywhere.

3. This is a print screen of what my blog
looks like to anyone else viewing it, It
is set out in chronological order with
analyzed images throughout.

blog, Here I can click on
previous posts and add more
information, create new posts
and add/remove/change
anything else I want to about my
blog.

4. In design
In design is the program I used to create my magazine on. This program
was hard to use at first but once I got the hang of the basics it was simple
to do.
On this program I learnt how to:
• Make several pages and set them out into a magazine layout.
• Put margins and line guides around the page so that each page was
the same and that I would never go over.
• How to insert, place, edit and move around images to get them to the
right shape and place I wanted.
• Use effects to create a specific feel.
• Use different fonts to separate parts of a page.

6. Photoshop
Photoshop Is a professional software, this means that I could work fast to
create a professional looking front cover.
Using photoshop gave me a real incite into the media world. I learnt how
easy it was to edit images to make them look any way I wanted them to.
Although I did not use those effects to the extents some celeb mags do, it
was a great help if I ever merged into that genre.
I learnt how little changes in temperature and cropping could completely
change an image too.

8. Prezi
In prezi I learnt just how simple it was to create a online presentation
that worked great at presenting information in any order or style I
wanted to.
It was a great help in storing loads of information and analyse is one
place that I could insert images around and point to also.
It was great to learn how you could firstly share the presentation onto
any social networking site to get feedback from peers or anyone.
But also embed it to place on my blog to use as analyse or just to show
imformation.
