3. Programs I’ve used to create my
project..
During the process of making my music
magazine I have used a number of programs
to help me. These include: Word, PowerPoint,
Photoshop, InDesgin, Wordpress, YouTube,
Slide Share and Prezi
Some of these sites/programs I have never used
before, but during this process my confidence
has increased and I am now able to use this
software efficiently

4. Photoshop
I have used Photoshop to edit my photographs
used for my magazine, also I have made
banners and the main heading for my
magazine. Being a student of Photography I
have already had experience editing and
creating different variations of photos. I have
enjoyed using this software as it allows me to
be creative and also I like using different
effects and styles on my photos.

5. InDesgin
This program I have never used before so it was
quite difficult to get grips of, after a couple of
lessons I grew more confident which allowed
me to make my magazine look more
professional. As I had more experience with
this program I wanted to make my magazine
look more attractive and InDesgin gave me the
opportunity to do so, I am glad I was able to
use the software to create this.

7. Wordpress
I have never had any experience with Wordpress
before this project, but as I continued posting
onto my blog I discovered the tools to post
pictures, videos and embedded codes etc also.
This site has allowed me to visually post my
coursework online and show how I created my
magazine overall.

9. Word and PowerPoint
I have been using these programmes all my
school career so I am quite familiar with how
they work in general. This is why I am
confident and enjoy producing my magazine
work through these programs.

11. Prezi, SlideShare and YouTube
The sites Prezi and SlideShare I have never used
before this project but now I am on the
evaluation stage I use these to present my
questions and answers. However I use
YouTube regularly although I have never
uploaded a video before it was easy to do, this
allowed me to present and put my videos on
my blog.

12. Conclusion
To conclude I have got the chance to use
programs and sites I’ve never used before.
This has given me an opportunity to
experience and learn new things and overall
to produce a professional looking music
magazine.
