5. Quark Express Quark Express is a more unfamiliar program to me, and so it was difficult to use during the production process- I used it to design my double page spread. I don’t really understand and like this program, maybe because I’m unfamiliar to it, but I found it confusing and I couldn’t be as free and creative as I wanted. It was a good program to use for layout design and setting everything in the right place, but when it comes to pictures and fun elements, it wasn’t the best.
