With technology you can automate tasks and reduce errors to some extent. Small organizations can also implement technology to achieve efficiencies. Efficiencies can be improved by using technology by reducing errors and automation. Best results can be achieved when harmony is created between all 3. For a small business, people are key resources. They depend more on people than process and technology. If you select your people carefully, you don’t need strong processes and cutting edge technology. It is easy to monitor and control limited people. Process and technologies will help you improve productivity. If you have too strong processes in very small business, you may reduce your efficiency. Medium Size Company may depend more on people and process. Technology is used to reduce errors and delay. For large business companies, it is very difficult to manage individuals, you need strong processes and best technologies integrated together to achieve goals. You depend on technologies like ERP, CRM, HRM and other tools which integrate people, process and technology. People are always there, process and technology are helping people to achieve their goals.
