2. ‘Bloom’ is going to be the
title of the magazine. We
are planning on leaving this
text white to ensure that
the poster stays gender
neutral and doesn’t
automatically sway to one
gender.
We are going to place the
main character/ protagonist
in the middle of the poster
because we want the
audience to be drawn to
look at her. She is going to
be the main focus of the
magazine cover.
On the main characters
neck/chest we are going to
have the title of the film. We
couldn’t write it on when
creating the draft because we
still need to decide on a name.
Down at the bottom of the
poster on the right hand side we
are going to place the barcode
and also the price.
We are going to include the subheading, tag and cover lines around the main picture of the
protagonist.
The image of ‘Chloe’ is
going to have two sides.
One being the geeky
side where she has no
make up on, hair in a
plait and also she will be
wearing glasses however
on the other side of her
face she is going to be
well done up with a full
face of makeup, hair
long and down her side
and wearing bright
colours. We are going to
do this so that we can
show the contrast
between the two sides,
popular and then geeky.
We are going to make
sure that when we take
the picture for the
magazine cover we are
going to make Danielle
(who plays the character
Chloe) look straight into
the camera therefore
the audience will be
looking straight at her.
