Clinical studies have shown NeuroMove technology to be effective at improving arm and hand function for stroke patients. Several studies found patients using NeuroMove improved more than alternative treatments: 42% vs 25% for basic muscle stimulation and 18% for physical therapy. NeuroMove was also shown to provide lasting improvements that were maintained 9 months post-treatment. Additional studies demonstrated NeuroMove led to significant functional gains and increased brain activity in patients from 1 month to 14 years post-stroke. NeuroMove achieved up to a 129% greater improvement over control groups on measures of wrist, ankle, and functional task ability.
