Over the course of my six years within Urban Outfitters, I feel that I have developed an extremely

my daily roles and in greater part, my speedy progression to a Deputy Department Manager.
Raised in an international school in Rome, I grew up learning many skills and cultural values as
well as being fluent in Italian, Spanish and Tagalog. My passions and strengths are fundamentally
creative and rooted in visual merchandising but whilst exercising my love for management. From
my time as a manager, I've developed a love for recruitment and am passionate about training

In my current role as a Deputy Department manager, my responsibilities encompass
everything involved in being a Team Leader in addition to: Actively taking charge of
recruitment within the store, ensuring that all candidates our worthy with our flagship
mentality and exceptional expectations.
Working together with the Menswear and Store team to develop all staff members to the
point of progression.
Collaborating with my Line manager to plan and implement major floor moves, including
Sale setups that I have single handedly managed.
Being an exemplary leader of service within the store, inspiring and motivating all team
members to emulate my service driven focus.
Opening and closing the store, in line with the operational needs of the business and the
vision shared by my current management team.
Developing a deeper understanding of business analysis, including all relevant company

Issued with the responsibility of training the rest of the London stores on a new system for
the company, thus ensuring that I was also in charge of creating a guide and a training
matrix to be distributed to the other European stores.
I was chosen to travel to Stockholm to oversee the staff training of the Stockholm Branch of UO.
It was my responsibility to deliver on hand training, as well as presentations and manuals on
the new Point Of Sale system and also the training of the senior management team.
