isolation valve involved open.
 Verify that XV (other valves involve) is open.
 Reconnect, Check and Unblock the involve in Interlock.
 Normalize the valve involve in Interlock.
 Confirm the ZSO of the Valve and other ZSO Valve involve Signal return to healthy
state.
 Verify that the Valve involve is closed.

Calibration of Transmitters for Performance Test
Before the work commence, apply for a PTW as per unit area.
 Identify the specific tag numbers on every PTW work permit.
 Once the PTW is ready inform the GASCO Operator/Instruments and explain to
them , what to do during the calibration of transmitters online when the
Plant is on service.
A. On DCS, inform the GASCO Panel Operators to make sure the transmitter
To be tested must be in CAL MODE.
B. Then check the process value, PV within the normal operation value.
 Calibration of transmitter will now commence at the field.
 Check the range of the transmitter as per Data Sheet.
 As the Bechtel standard 5-point calibration (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% & 100%)
Will be applied and simulated against the respective 4-20Ma Signal.
 We will record all data in the calibration Sheet generated during the test.
 GASCO personnel will witness and verify the calibration of transmitter.
 After, put the transmitter back on service on line.
 On DCS, removed the CAL MODE and check again the process value become
Normal NR on faceplate.
 Confirm correct measurements in the DCS.

Calibration of Transmitters for Performance Test Before the work commence, apply for a PTW as per unit area.  Identify the specific tag numbers on every PTW work permit.  Once the PTW is ready inform the GASCO Operator/Instruments and explain to them , what to do during the calibration of transmitters online when the Plant is on service. A. On DCS, inform the GASCO Panel Operators to make sure the transmitter To be tested must be in CAL MODE. B. Then check the process value, PV within the normal operation value.  Calibration of transmitter will now commence at the field.  Check the range of the transmitter as per Data Sheet.  As the Bechtel standard 5-point calibration (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% & 100%) Will be applied and simulated against the respective 4-20Ma Signal.  We will record all data in the calibration Sheet generated during the test.  GASCO personnel will witness and verify the calibration of transmitter.  After, put the transmitter back on service on line.  On DCS, removed the CAL MODE and check again the process value become Normal NR on faceplate.  Confirm correct measurements in the DCS. 5.
