In 2010, I have decided to become a freelance consultant. In this period I mostly focused configuring
Cloud Services for SMEs; Google Apps, Office 365, Google Drive, OneDrive etc
I also built windows servers, desktops, laptops and tablets. On the network side, I designed Ethernet
Networks; cabling, router and switch configuration, guest VLANs, wireless access, etc.
I also provided technical support, trainings, and documentation. In September 2014 I stopped working

MANAGED PROJECTS & MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
NEW BRANCHES OFFICES OPENING PROJECT IN EUROPE & MIDDLE-EAST: In less than two years,
I and my team opened up new offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha and moved Milan and
Rome offices to their new premises in without any outsourcing. – (2009/2010)
DEPLOYING DIGITAL DICTATION SYSTEMS GLOBALLY: Deploying Digital Dictation systems
globally. I managed the entire project from start to the end and successfully completed. We
deployed the devices and the software in US, EU, & Asian Offices. (Brussels - 2009)
ITIL INTEGRATION: I led the team integrating ITIL best practices (problem mgmt., incident mgmt,
application mgmt and change mgmt) into our Helpdesk & Engineering dept. (Brussels - 2006)
BRANCH OFFICE MOVES: I have done many office moves in my career. I planned all the steps,
coordinated with departments and successfully applied on site. Stockholm move was a huge

MIGRATION FROM NOVELL & GROUPWISE TO WIN2K & ECHANGE2K: This was a huge project.
Me and my team planned and tested all aspects of EMEA deployment over 6 months with our US
counterparts. We then performed all migration work on-site for more than 25 branch offices

BUILDING NOVELL BORDER MANAGER BASED VPN NETWORK: I built relatively cheaper VPN
