• YHRD is a collection of population samples typed
for Human-Y chromosomal sequence variants.
• It is used in male-related criminal investigation,
missing or mass death cases, as well as in
patrilineal and genealogical tracing.
• The database is being updated day by day,
however needs more submissions from all parts
of the world sufficient enough for an efficient
forensic and ancestral investigation.
