2. Working with Apps
• All the published apps are
available to you in the My
Apps section of your Ribily
Portal.
• You could navigate to ‘My
Apps’ through the
dashboard Or through My
Apps Icon in the navigation
menu.
• Click on ‘Vacation
Requests’ app to place a
vacation request for
approval

3. Working with Apps
• Fill in the details in the
Vacation Request Form
that pops up
• Notice that Manager
Comments and HR
comment fields are not
visible here
• Click ‘Submit Form’

4. Working with Apps
• In Managers Inbox,
approval tasks appears
which is Due this week.
• The same will be
available as an Email as
well.
• Click on ‘Due This Week’
to go the tasks due this
week.

5. Working with Apps
• The Manager can see the
task details in the list
mode.
• He can either act on the
task from the short cut
option as shown or click
on the task to go to the
detailed view.
• Here let us go to the
detailed view.

6. Working with Apps
• The detail view has 3
main sections.
• Notes
• Subject and Body of the
task which will help the
manager understand the
context
• After reading he can
choose to reassign or
delegate the task

• Process Status View
• Scroll down to access the
process status view
• Provides stage by stage
progression the flow for
the vacation request with
complete audit
information.
• You can click on any
shape to get more details
on what happened in that
stage.

• Forms Tab
• Forms tab give the view of
the form and action
buttons that have been
configured for the
manager
• Notice that Manager
Comments are enabled
but HR comments are not.
This has been configured
while building the app.
• Provide comments and
click ‘Approved’

• The HR task appears in
the HR managers Login.

10. Working with Apps
• The HR manager
provides his comments
and clicks ‘Done’ for the
final approval.
• Note that the HR
Comments are enabled
here, but, the rest of the
fields are not as we
configured.
