• In the Filter section, there should be the following option for the users to us the use :
• By Role

• By Job Category
• By Business Function
• Reset Filters Function
There should be a dropdown menu for each filter, with an option to type in the dropdown option
• In the Job Postings the users should be able to view the Job, and the below details :

The third section of the page should have the login details, which will be either login or sign-up. In the sign-up section, the user

• Once the Website user is logged into the system, if he selects a job and click on the apply now button he has
to fill the following data :
• Current CTC
• Expected CTC
• Notice Period
• Reason for Change
• Willingness to Travel
• Upload Resume
• Mobile Number

• This data will be saved into the system once the user has filled it and it will be available to the HR user, in the
report.
• This will help in the reduction of step of the HR user, where he has to mail and ask for the details from the
user.

There will be there main pages for the HR User, which can access.
These pages will be for the following details :
1. Create New Job posting
In this Page the user will be able to create the new posting, in which the Job id will be a self created unique id
which will be not editable to HR user and it will be used as the primary key for reference across the system.
The rest details will be editable and mandatory for the HR User to fill in. The details which are filled by the HR
User should be visible in the posting page`s search criteria.
The HR User can be able to save the created jobs in the draft mode once he has pressed the save button.
Once he submits the job, then it will go to the HR Manager for approval.
The Job will be visible on the posting page for the period of “From date” to “To Date” of the Job.
2. Edit Submitted Jobs
In this Page, he will be able to view the submitted Job and can edit those, as per the manager`s requirement.
He will be able to edit the rejected jobs, he cannot edit the approved or submitted jobs.
3. Reports :
In this section, the HR will have the access to various reports. In which he can view or download the report.
If the user views the report, he will be able to view the same into a other tab in HTML Format.
If the user downloads, the report then an excel of it will be downloaded.

• The HR Manager, will be only able to view the jobs which are created by the HR User.
• Once the Manager approves the Job, it will be posted to the Website.
• Incase if there is issue then, he will reject the created job. When the clicks the rejection button, there
should be a pop-up asking for the rejection reason, which will be mandatory field showing the character
limit. Once he enters the rejection reason, he will be able to submit the rejection

Create New Job posting In this Page the user will be able to create the new posting, in which the Job id will be a self created unique id which will be not editable to HR user and it will be used as the primary key for reference across the system. The rest details will be editable and mandatory for the HR User to fill in. The details which are filled by the HR User should be visible in the posting page`s search criteria. The HR User can be able to save the created jobs in the draft mode once he has pressed the save button. Once he submits the job, then it will go to the HR Manager for approval. The Job will be visible on the posting page for the period of “From date” to “To Date” of the Job. 2. Edit Submitted Jobs In this Page, he will be able to view the submitted Job and can edit those, as per the manager`s requirement. He will be able to edit the rejected jobs, he cannot edit the approved or submitted jobs. 3. Reports : In this section, the HR will have the access to various reports. In which he can view or download the report. If the user views the report, he will be able to view the same into a other tab in HTML Format. If the user downloads, the report then an excel of it will be downloaded.
