delivery, I was expected to deliver items to patients and employees throughout the hospital. As a volunteer in patient escort I was
expected to take patients and their families wherever they needed to go in the hospital and escort them to their vehicles when they
were discharged. As a volunteer on the maternity floor, I was expected to assist the doctors, nurses, and mothers and their
families. I worked very closely with the newborns by feeding, changing and loving them. All my jobs required me to have
excellent customer service, cultural awareness and competence to all different types of people and be empathetic.
