Abstract:In the present paper the various technologies available so far for wireless transmission of electricity and theneed for a Wireless System of Energy Transmission is being discussed to find its possibility in actual practices, theiradvantages, disadvantages and economical consideration. Thispaper is mainly concentrated on :(i) The most popular conceptknown as Tesla Theory,(ii) The microwave power transmission(MPT) called Solar power satellite, and(iii) The highly efficientfibre lasers for wireless power transmission. Many concepts, research papers, patents are available on wireless transmission of electricity but the commercial technologies are yet to be materialized. The paper also discussesthe possible ways to get useful and practical results out of all research carried out so far elsewhere.Microwave ovenmagnetron with electronics to control the output power. The output microwave power ranges from 50 W to 200 W at 2.45 GHz. A coaxial cable connects the output of the microwave source to a coax-to-waveguide adapter. This adapter is connected to a waveguide ferrite circulator which protects the microwave source from reflected power. The circulator is connected to a tuning waveguide section to match the waveguide impedance to the antenna input impedance. The slotted waveguide antenna consists of 8 waveguide sections with 8 slots on each section. These 64 slots radiate the power uniformly through free space to the rectenna. The slotted waveguide antenna is ideal for power transmission because of its high aperture efficiency Key words – Wireless transmission, Tesla theory, Microwave power transmission, Fiber lasers, Collaborative research.

In the near future due to extensive use of energy, limited supply of resources and the pollution in environment from present resources e.g. (wood, coal, fossil fuel) etc, alternative sources of energy and new ways to generate energy which are efficient, cost effective and produce minimum losses are of great concern. Wireless electricity (Power) transmission (WET) has become a focal point as research point of view and nowadays lies at top 10 future hot burning technologies that are under research these days. This paper presents the concept of transmitting power wirelessly to reduce transmission and distribution losses. The wired distribution losses are 70 - 75% efficient. We cannot imagine the world without electric power which is efficient, cost effective and produce minimum losses is of great concern. This paper tells us the benefits of using WET technology specially by using Solar based Power satellites (SBPS) and also focuses that how we make electric system cost effective, optimized and well organized. Solar Power Satellite (SPS) is an energy system which collects solar energy in space and transmits it to the ground. It has been believed as a promising infrastructure to resolve global environmental and energy problems for human beings. Microwave power transmission has been investigated and demonstrated for more than 40 years, but still requires further research regarding high-efficiency power conversion and high-accuracy beam control for SPS application. Moreover, attempts are made to highlight future issues so as to index some emerging solutions.
Saving of Power in Wireless Power Transmission System using IR Sensor and RelayDr. Amarjeet Singh
As all we know that today’s live is not possible for a moment if we think without electricity after our basic needs that are air, water, food, cloth and shelter. Because without it we can not think about our mobility, But it has also many disadvantages because of the transmission of electricity through wire which cause many time sock due to which living thing may get injured or many time they get unexpected death.
Hence for establishing the transmission of electricity without hazards today’s world started working on the removal of the net of the wires over the world and this is possible only by transmitting electricity wirelessly.
This principle was early given by a charming and mysterious inventor and engineer Nikola Tesla(1891-1898) by inventing Tesla coil. But in wireless electricity transmission, there is a lot of wastage of energy when power is transferred to the load. If there is no loads are available around the receiving antenna(coil), power will be wasted and this is a one of the major disadvantage of this principle.
So by using IR Sensor we can save this power from being waste which will allow the antenna to transmit the power only when the objects are available to receive this transmitted power.
In this paper, we present the idea of sun based vitality satellites sun oriented cells in the satellite Convert daylight into power, which will transform into radio recurrence vitality, at that point a collector will achieve the site Earth was re jolted by utilizing the reception apparatus with the innovation of remote and accepting it Power transmission is transmitting power i.e., as microwave for lessening transmission and dispersion. In this paper we want to elaborate all the aspect related to the wireless power transmission using solar power satellite by which the overall efficiency, reliability will be increased. This paper contains the information about the project named “Wireless Power Transmission”. It is the system for transmitting the electrical power from a transmitting source to load wirelessly using coils. In this project two coils are used, one on the transmitter side called as primary coil and another at the receiver side called as secondary coil. This project is not similar to the wireless signal transmission which is used in cell phones. In this method of transmission, power from electrical source is transmitted in the form of magnetic flux. In this project, the AC power is supplied to the transmitting circuit which converts the AC Power into magnetic flux using primary coil. When secondary coil interacts with this flux, an E.M.F. will be induced in the secondary coil. In this way, electrical power will be transmitted without using wires. Dr. B. Ram Babu | Miss. B. CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!

Courier management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
It is now-a-days very important for the people to send or receive articles like imported furniture, electronic items, gifts, business goods and the like. People depend vastly on different transport systems which mostly use the manual way of receiving and delivering the articles. There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.

One of the major issues in power system is the losses occurring
during the transmission and distribution of electrical power
The percentage of loss of power during transmission and
distribution is approximated as 26%.
The main reason for power loss during transmission and
distribution is the resistance of wires used in grid.
According to the World Resources Institute (WRI), India’s
electricity grid has the highest transmission and distribution
losses in the world – a whopping 27-40%.
Tesla has proposed methods of transmission of electricity
using electromagnetic induction.
4. What is WPT?
As the word wireless means “without wire”.
Wireless energy transfer or wireless power is the
transmission of electrical energy from a power source to
an electric load without interconnecting man made
conductors.
Wireless transmission is useful in cases where
interconnecting wires are inconvenient, hazardous or
impossible.
