Examples 1. Affirmative: I think I will win the game.  2. Negative: I’m sure that he won’t come to my party. 3. Interrogative: It’s too hot in here. Will you open the window?
We use  will: To talk about  predictions: -  we are saying what we know or   think will happen. We are predicting the future.  ( probably, I expect, I’m sure, I think, I don’t think, ...)   E.g. I think it will be a difficult exam. To talk about  on-the-spot decisions: -  we decide to do something at the time of speaking.  We  ha ven’t  decided before. The idea is new.  E.g. Your bag is heavy. I will help you!
