We use will:
• To talk about predictions:
- we are saying what we know or think will
happen. We are predicting the future.
(probably, I expect, I’m sure, I think, I don’t think,...)
E.g. I think it will be a difficult exam.
• To talk about on-the-spot decisions:
- we decide to do something at the time of
speaking. We haven’t decided before. The
idea is new.
E.g. Your bag is heavy. I will help you!
