“Where is My Bus” application is an application that was
built to help student managing their time well instead
wasting them by just waiting for the bus every time they
wish to ride the bus. This application generally only
implemented in the area of Universiti Teknologi
Malaysia(UTM) Skudai. So, only student of UTM Skudai
including the exchange students can used this
application.
 The shuttle bus came late and waste students
time
 Some student did know how to read maps and
always got lost
 Student do not has transportation especially first
year student
 Student sometimes got mistaken in choosing
which shuttle bus they should ride
 Local students
 Exchange students
 Installation
 From e-learning(direct link allocated)
 Play Store
 Register
 Must have internet connection
 Use valid email id
 Using applications
 User key in destination
 Application will generate and view the shuttle bus
timetable and UTM maps
 Paper Prototyping
 Heuristic Evaluation
 Users like the application and find it easy to use
 User 1 feel the application are very helpful when
she’s rushing to class and needs to use shuttle bus
 User 2 said she now can save her precious time
because does not have to wait for the bus
 User 3 said he can find any places he want to go
without lost anymore

 Local Students : 12 (75%)
 Foreign Students : 0 (0%)
 Gender
 Male : 4 (25%)
 Female : 9 (56%)
 Semester
 From 15 of our users,9 of them are from semester 3,1 of
them are from semester 4,2 are from semester 6,2 of
them are from semester 1 and none of our user are form
semester 5 and 2.
 Percentage of ever heard or use application “Where is
my bus??”
 Percentage of how user know about this application
From the result we obtain, 8 of users know about our application from
their friends, 3 of them never heard or use this application while the
other 2 know about this application from E-Learning.
 Is our application help?
The result from our users prove indeed that this
application were helping them as 5 of them strongly
agree while the others are agree. None of them are
disagree with this opinion.
 Problem running application
Most of our users can run the application without having any
problem and only 1 person are having problem which is their
mobile phone can’t run the application. This is maybe due to the
high specification of our system that are not supported by their
mobile phone. We take this problem seriously and will make an
improvements on our application.
 Bus Usage
Result of our users on how often they ride bus in UTM, 8
of them barely ride bus,4 of them ride bus everyday,
while 1 of them never ride bus.
As a conclusion, this application helps student in
managing their time well. We have learned that
we need to improve our project design based on
current needs of the users. In addition, when we
create questionnaires, we should create more
multiple choices questions rather than subjective
questions. Besides that, we also learn about the
process flow on ways to create an application likes
this one. If we were given the same task to do, we
will do it differently from this one and of course we
will do it a lot more better than this.
