Development of an Institutional App by adopting Android PlayIJMTST Journal
The whole information of any organization or an institution has to view in a hard file, or in website in the current circumstances. At the same time while searching any information it is very hard to access and takes a lot of time to search the particular website. Because of this, in order to overcome this problem a smart phone based application using Android can be used to make this process easier, secure and less error prone. The Android application is portable and can be easily installed and used on any mobile phones supporting Android OS. It also provides an interface which is easy to understand by the users and greatly helps in adapting to the use of this application. Android is an open source Linux based system developed by Google, and mostly aimed at mobile handsets and other portable devices. In short, we will be using them to complete our daily job. One computer program that falls into this category is the Android Application for College. This College application provides a wide range of useful information which split into several abilities to do things. These include: academics, news, events, facilities, and all the college details. Users can install this application in their android mobile to view all of these college details and make use of it. Android application for college provides one attractive environment where you can manipulate information about college easily. Through this the students, Faculty members get all the information in their hand. It is software which is helpful for students as well as the college authorities. The main principle behind the need of Android app for college is easy supervision of the Institute. This software can help us to explore all the activities happening inside the college. The courses offered in the college, the latest news and updates that will be updated in the college website in timely wise manner, the various events took place in our college along with their details, pictures etc.. Our application also provides details of various NSS activities conducted in our college such as Blood donation, various social awareness camps. One of the most interesting features of our application is “The Digital Attendance Management System”. The digital attendance management system provides flexibility to the faculty to take attendance of the students directly in the application.

The company Education Information Systems. (EiS) is an information and management company that specializes in the creation and care of large-scale educational information and technology systems. EiS has implemented and managed systems ranging from the pre-K to 12th year primary school systems, and is developing larger scale systems to facilitate collegiate, graduate and post graduate educational institutions. EiS is a privately held organization that has the primary focus of providing the best possible systems to help grow the educational sector. Previous clients have implemented system wide software replacement and upgrades. With a stellar track record of previous educational institutions, and references, EiS has completed all the projects on time, and within budgetary guidelines. All problem issues or negative feedback from clients were handled in professional and timely manner that resulted in a completely satisfied client.
Moving toward post high school educational institutions, EiS is working with an extremely talented development team to move into the graduate and post graduate sector with ease. With new projects being developed, and more clients, EiS also works to recruit the best talent in the development, and technical aspects of information technology.
The information system to be developed by EiS for the institution will allow for all student, and faculty to store, share, and secure data. Utilizing a web-based UI, the information will be easily accessed, with the proper credentials. Data can be shared among staff, and students with preferences designed to mitigate corruption of data, loss of information, especially personal and financial information. All faculty and staff can be added to the application via an admin portal and all security is designated there. All remote access to the application will require a 2 factor
authentication system for another level of security to ensure that the proper access protocols are being followed. All information that is stored will be designed to the student or faculty member, and kept throughout the .
SmartPoly is secure and easy to use communication platform that empowers teacher and students. Android college management system is an android application which is helpful for students as well as the colleges. In the existing system all the activities are done manually. It is very costly and time consuming .In our proposed system students can view results using Android phones. The data will view stored in the college server. The faculty can login into their college account through the app itself and update the academic result, in this system, student have easy access for viewing the marks by Prof. Chougule V. The prime objective of “Hostel out pass application” is to create a full-fledged Android application which could help
the students to fill an out pass form and get approval from the consent staff and coordinators at one click. The form will be
approved finally by the parent also thus making sure that the student’s activity is brought to parents notice. This helps in avoiding
the problems which occur when carried out manually. It improves the efficiency of the system. It is a customized user-friendly
application for hostel students which provides out pass information. This project offers the user to enter the data through simple and interactive manner.
This is hybrid mobile app which is used to check the attendance percentage and other details related to the attendance of a student. There is an admin portal where the admins can update the student attendance daily. This app is compatible with all the mobile devices. We define hybrid as a web app, primarily built using HTML5 and JavaScript, that is then wrapped inside a thin native container that provides access to native platform features. I am using a framework name Ionicframework to achieve it.
Enterprise Resource Planning System includes various modules that reduce any business's workload. Additionally, it organizes the workflows, which drives towards enhancing productivity. First Steps with Globus Compute Multi-User EndpointsGlobus
In this presentation we will share our experiences around getting started with the Globus Compute multi-user endpoint. Working with the Pharmacology group at the University of Auckland, we have previously written an application using Globus Compute that can offload computationally expensive steps in the researcher's workflows, which they wish to manage from their familiar Windows environments, onto the NeSI (New Zealand eScience Infrastructure) cluster. Some of the challenges we have encountered were that each researcher had to set up and manage their own single-user globus compute endpoint and that the workloads had varying resource requirements (CPUs, memory and wall time) between different runs. We hope that the multi-user endpoint will help to address these challenges and share an update on our progress here.

COVID-19 had an unprecedented impact on scientific collaboration. The pandemic and its broad response from the scientific community has forged new relationships among public health practitioners, mathematical modelers, and scientific computing specialists, while revealing critical gaps in exploiting advanced computing systems to support urgent decision making. Informed by our team’s work in applying high-performance computing in support of public health decision makers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we present how Globus technologies are enabling the development of an open science platform for robust epidemic analysis, with the goal of collaborative, secure, distributed, on-demand, and fast time-to-solution analyses to support public health.
Providing Globus Services to Users of JASMIN for Environmental Data AnalysisGlobus
JASMIN is the UK’s high-performance data analysis platform for environmental science, operated by STFC on behalf of the UK Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). In addition to its role in hosting the CEDA Archive (NERC’s long-term repository for climate, atmospheric science & Earth observation data in the UK), JASMIN provides a collaborative platform to a community of around 2,000 scientists in the UK and beyond, providing nearly 400 environmental science projects with working space, compute resources and tools to facilitate their work. High-performance data transfer into and out of JASMIN has always been a key feature, with many scientists bringing model outputs from supercomputers elsewhere in the UK, to analyse against observational or other model data in the CEDA Archive. A growing number of JASMIN users are now realising the benefits of using the Globus service to provide reliable and efficient data movement and other tasks in this and other contexts. Further use cases involve long-distance (intercontinental) transfers to and from JASMIN, and collecting results from a mobile atmospheric radar system, pushing data to JASMIN via a lightweight Globus deployment. We provide details of how Globus fits into our current infrastructure, our experience of the recent migration to GCSv5.4, and of our interest in developing use of the wider ecosystem of Globus services for the benefit of our user community.

• Whenever we want to go outside the campus of our college, we have to write an
application to our caretaker there is a scenario when caretaker is not present in our
hostel and we have to wait for him.
• In case of medical emergency if any student tries to call caretaker or any other
person of our college. His/her call may not be answered.
• When we have to complaint about mess food no one hear us. We have to write
applications for this and no one knows where these applications go.
4. How to solve problem
Develop a cross-platform application to do
various things in digital manner.
We will develop an advanced application that
allows faculty, students and staff to connect and
interact with each other in a secure and efficient
way. We will develop an application for all users to
access the platform. The platform provides a wide
range of features like discuss forum , online polls
and even more. Additionally, the platform provides
analytics and reporting capabilities to track
progress and activity.
5. Whenever any student wants to go outside the campus, he/she can leave a
request to caretaker through app and instant message will pop-up on
caretaker’s mobile.
Caretaker can allow or deny him from anywhere with just one click. When
caretaker allows any student, a QR code/unique code will be generated for
that student. He/she has to show that code on entry gate. After scanning
the code on gate, exit time with all details of that student will automatically
register on server. Notification of this can also send to parents.
If any student will be in medical emergency in hostel, he/she can send a pop
up message instantly through app to all the batchmates, seniors, faculty and
staff. So that any person available in college can reach to him immediately.
Also, bus driver can ready the bus on time for hospitalization if needed.
We can give review on quality of mess food directly to the Mess Committee
through app. So that concerned committee can see majority reviews
and they can work on it.
There will be a discuss forum inside application, where any member of
college can pose issues for discussion and respond to any contribution.
