The 2016 IBM i Marketplace Survey Results revealed that nearly 50 percent of IBM i shops still do not have a high availability (HA) solution, but almost half of survey respondents list HA has a top concern for the future.
It’s possible that IBM i’s reliability is creating a false sense of security and these organizations are certain that their servers won’t fail. More likely, they’re nervous about the cost—both in terms of money and ongoing maintenance.
Luckily, the advantages of HA technology aren’t limited to the largest or most complex organizations. HA can be easy, affordable, and for everyone!
EVP Tom Huntington and a panel of experts will introduce you to Robot HA, a new option for IBM i high availability that was built upon proven technology that hundreds of organizations already rely on. We’ll help you understand:
-Why IBM i high availability is important
-Different uses for your high availability solution

Am Seeking challenging career in a professional organization, which appreciates hard work and creative skills, while providing opportunity for career growth and future advancement.
I understand that effective training has a major impact on a company's success!
Previously, I spent my career establishing and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external users, on our company's policies and procedures and various software applications. I played a pivotal role in ensuring that both existing and incoming staff and clients received excellent training. I did this by increasing effectiveness of our corporate training presentations, updating and creating user/instructor curriculum and maintaining critical skill coverage on each of our software applications. I spent a great deal of time keeping abreast of cutting-edge training methods, project management and developmental research. This included learning such things as the Adult Learning Theory; its proper application and use, Motivation Theory, and methods and techniques for delivering effective training utilizing an on-line, blended and purely face-to-face approach.
In addition to my extensive training experience, I also enjoyed working as a Senior Account Manager/Project Manager. Here, I established and maintained successful professional relationships with our largest clients. Designated as the single point-of-contact, I gained our clients' confidence and trust by consistently providing customer-centered, high-quality solutions on a daily basis. My success as an Account Manager came from my unique attention to detail, open and honest communication and my dedication to providing accurate, on-time deliverables. Partnering with our client, I developed and implemented our new quality review processes, researched efficiency-opportunities, reviewed for regulatory compliance, addressed programming issues with IT, oversaw our ‘User Level Acceptance Testing' for over 3 years and gathered data on technical issues to resolve client questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Professional Summary
I have more than fifteen years of experience with talent management solutions, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS
systems. I have been involved in and led key initiatives with many Fortune 500 clients specializing in areas including
global applicant tracking platform implementations, applicant tracking platform upgrades, HRMS upgrades, and talent
management processes and best practices. I have also served in various roles within the Human Resources, Accounting,
and Operations functions at regional and global levels across several Fortune 500 companies.
In 2010 I co-founded AchieveTalent, an organization that focuses on Talent Management consulting services. I am an
Oracle Certified Specialist for the Taleo Enterprise Edition platforms. Taleo systems I have experience with include: Taleo
Recruiting, Onboarding/Transitions, Taleo Scheduling Center, Performance, Business Objects, OBIEE, and Taleo
Connect Client (TCC). I have extensive Taleo experience dating back to 1999 and I have experience with all versions of
Taleo Recruiting up to the current version of 15A. I have experience implementing Taleo certified background, tax and
assessment passport vendors including but not limited to TalentWise, HireRight, Sterling Background, Ernst & Young, and
Profiles. The skills that I provide help organizations implement new applicant tracking systems, as well as upgrade and
optimize existing systems in an effort to make the organization more successful.
During my tenure at The Newman Group, I was directly involved in several Taleo upgrade and implementation projects. I
served as the project manager for a global Taleo implementation at ConvaTec, a large global organization which develops
innovative medical technologies for healthcare providers. I also led several Taleo upgrades as well as new functionality
projects for General Motors, Aramark, Airtran, Maxim Healthcare and UnitedHealth Group. My in-depth knowledge of the
Taleo system has continuously earned me high praise from both clients and Taleo alike.
I also managed The Newman Group Outsourced Recruiting Operations Center. In this role, I worked directly with clients
to ensure the operational success of Taleo and other ATS systems. As new features and functionality were released, I
worked with companies to review the impacts and define processes necessary for adoption.
I also served as the technical manager for the Department of Homeland Security Taleo implementation. Serving in this
role for over a year and half, I supervised 9 technical consultants from three different consulting firms. I was responsible
for the configuration decisions that were required to meet the functional business requirements that regularly fell out of
line with the typical Taleo implementation. The complexity of this implementation regularly required creative thinking to
solve the business requirements due to the fact that Taleo is not a government designed system.
Prior to joining The Newman Group, I served as a Senior Systems Global Analyst for Citigroup, where I led a team of
analysts responsible for the phased global rollouts of Taleo. My team and I provided support for the multiple language
ATS which spanned across extensive external and internal client bases within four world regions. I also managed all
integrations between Citigroup’s HRMS and ATS systems.
