My responsibilities included but not limited to:
 Reporting Lead, which included managing the implementation of Carnival Cruise-line’s
reporting. The tools used for reporting that were included in the implementation are
Oracle OBIEE, Oracle standard reports, Oracle Custom Reports, Oracle Financial
Statement Generated reports (FSG’s), Black-line reporting, Hyperion Reporting
(Essbase Cube) and Tableau reports.
 The reporting lead role also included creating and maintaining the project plan for
reporting, status reporting, issues log, SharePoint site to manage all global reporting,
creation of a local ticketing system using SharePoint to track all report testing. Reported
to management the report testing progress through various testing cycles (SIT, UAT,
CRP4). Worked with the training lead to compose the training materials and training
plan for reporting. Worked with the CCL users to review their reporting requirements.
Developed a support process model for when CCL goes live with the new reporting
solutions.
 Training Lead role was part of my role while at CCL. My responsibilities included

grant applications. Helped to educate the HMH Sales teams on the inner workings
of the SIG funding (transformation model, Turn around model, etc). Helped with
tracking sales dollars awarded to HMH that the schools/districts used to make those
school improvements.
 The EPMO team was responsible for managing large projects that were sold by
HMH. We created a project management tool kit for the sales teams in Microsoft
Sharepoint. In that tool kit we created a project plan, project schedule, and manage
day to day activities within the assigned project.
AmTrust Financial Services, Dallas, TX
 Support: The design, configuration and training of Oracle release 12 GL, AP
(ebtax/payments/payables), Fixed Assets and Cash Management. Mapping and
Gapping of business requirements for AmTrust divisions included within the Oracle
applications mentioned above. Writing functional specifications for all gap items,
extension requirements, and custom work required. Preparation of the following
deliverables: Configuration documentation (BR100) for Oracle applications, Detailed

 Assisted in the Roll out of Global Shared Service center and Change Management rolls
during roll out in Amsterdam, and Nicosia.
 Preparation of configuration documentation for Oracle Projects, and Oracle Financials,
activity splits and detail job rolls for different positions in Reuters (both at Shared Service
Center and Locally at country site), Oracle Projects and Financials training manuals,
Project Plan, Communication Plan, Communication materials, training materials, Status
reports, UAT presentations, Validation presentations, validation questionnaires, and etc.
 Additional deliverables responsible for are: assistance with technical specifications required
at Reuters for Oracle Projects and Financials, preparation of data loader files for
configuration of Oracle Projects and Financials, Testing of Oracle Projects and Financials
(including testing plan for various phases of testing – CRP, UAT) through test scripts I
created, and assisted with Oracle Applications conversions and validation of conversions
with Reuters.
 My responsibilities include but are not limited to change management, knowledge transfer
and preparation of the BSC, Managing the Process leads (one for each Business stream –
i.e. B2C, P2P, etc) that are implementing Oracle Financials. In total the team consists of 7
Global Process leads and 5 local business process leads.

 Implementing Release 11.03 Projects (both Costing and Billing), General Ledger, and Fixed
Assets for SONY Corporation. Sony Project involved implementing Accounts Payable,
Purchasing, Assets, Projects and General Ledger in addition to supervising staff with
upgrade of other sites from Release 10.7SC to Release 11.03.
 Managing the rollout of the entire suite of Oracle applications (both Supply chain and
finance including a Shared Services Solution) for Readers Digest globally (countries
included France, Italy, and Germany). This is a global project where Readers Digest is
implementing a global solution for both the oracle applications and shared service center
implementation that will be followed by all the countries going forward. My job also included
implementing the financials applications, and using localizations to meet local country
requirements.
 Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11.03 for Readers
Digest America, which involved the complete Order To Cash Cycle process and Royalties
implementation using REAL Software. This was a rapid implementation using KPMG
Consulting R2i methodology. My job roll also included implementing the financial
applications as well.
 Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11i for a
Communications and Content industry specific corporation under Advertising classification,
Audio Audit Corporation. This project involves implementing the full financial suite of
applications (I procurement, AP, GL, FA, CM, and AR) utilizing the R2i materials. This
project is classified as a rapid implementation on a Linux platform with minor AR
customizations. The team that she was responsible for was consisting of 4 staff in total.
She implemented Accounts Receivable as well as performing management role on this
project.
 Participated in the new Implementation of large Global Media Corporation, Reuters America
and Canada, from 10.7 Character to 11i. I was involved in the original implementation of
10.7 and was asked back to help with UAT testing, Defining Global Reports, Training All
General Ledger Users and Projects Users in Company, System Testing, and Setup
verification of the Global System. This project was then extended to help in the Rollout of
Markview 170 systems integration with the Reuters Purchase to Pay process. Involvement
with Purchasing, Self Service Purchasing “ibuy”, and Accounts Payable was required.
Additional assistance was given on Accounts Receivable closing process. KPMG
Consulting R2i Methodology “eproject” was used in this implementation.
ORACLE CORPORATION, New York, NY

 Participated in Phase I (Operations Analysis) and II (Solution Design) of Global DirectMail
Corporation General Ledger Implementation, consisting of documentation of Global
DirectMail’s business cycle, needs and set-up requirements. Preparation of training
materials for training section scheduled for client. Design of the Global DirectMails Chart of
Accounts, Security requirements and Reporting requirements.
 Participated in Phase I (Operations Analysis) and II (Solution Design) of BellSouth
Corporation Projects Implementation, consisting of documentation of BellSouth’s business
cycle and needs. Documentation of requirements that are needed for BellSouth’s BCAS
system to be converted to Oracle Projects.

 Participated in the Solution Design Phase of the Nestle Corporation General Ledger
Implementation, consisting of documenting the Nestle Set up requirements for Oracle
General Ledger. Set up and walked through Conference Room Pilot stage of
implementation which included preparation test scripts and instructing client on the use of
the Oracle General Ledger Application.
 Participated in the Photronics Implementation assisting in the set-up of the production
General Ledger application including defining segment values, parent and summary
accounts, security rules, cross validation rules, and Financial Statement Generator (FSG)
reports.
 Participated in the Complete Implementation of General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Purchasing, Order Entry and Accounts Receivable for Reuters America and Reuters
Canada. Reuters Implementation involves versions in 10.7 Character and NCA for General
Ledger. Installed General Ledger Desktop Integrator 3.2 and defined multiple organizations

 Managing the complete “Fast-Forward” implementation of Release 11.02 Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Sales and Marketing and Projects for
Morgen-Walke Associates. Morgen-Walke Project involved implementing Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Assets and General Ledger in addition to supervising staff

This is a global project where Readers Digest is implementing a global solution for both the oracle applications and shared service center implementation that will be followed by all the countries going forward. My job also included implementing the financials applications, and using localizations to meet local country requirements.  Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11.03 for Readers Digest America, which involved the complete Order To Cash Cycle process and Royalties implementation using REAL Software. This was a rapid implementation using KPMG Consulting R2i methodology. My job roll also included implementing the financial applications as well.  Managing the complete Oracle Solution implementation of Release 11i for a Communications and Content industry specific corporation under Advertising classification, Audio Audit Corporation. This project involves implementing the full financial suite of applications (I procurement, AP, GL, FA, CM, and AR) utilizing the R2i materials. This project is classified as a rapid implementation on a Linux platform with minor AR customizations. The team that she was responsible for was consisting of 4 staff in total. She implemented Accounts Receivable as well as performing management role on this project.  Participated in the new Implementation of large Global Media Corporation, Reuters America and Canada, from 10.7 Character to 11i.
