Belonging refers to how individuals work with and benefit from the online environment. Engagement means observing, participating, creating, and shaping youth participation in internet governance. Protection involves ensuring safety, teaching safety skills, and safeguarding rights while online. eTwinning projects help teach digital citizenship by promoting cooperation, problem solving, and responsible online tool use in a safe environment. This professional development workshop aims to provide peer learning, sharing of practices, inspiration, and networking opportunities around digital citizenship.
