3. Discussions
This had been our forth week of hiring the wheelchair, this had implied that we are coming towards the ending of our
short film. We had planned to book it for an additional week just to make sure we could use that week for any
improvements.
We had filmed on the Wednesday and Thursday, this is due to our actor not being available on the following
weekend. This had prevented us to make the most of our hire. Although, we had made sure that we had filmed as
much as we could.
During this week, the cinematographer and I had filmed the GP scene, where the protagonist exits the GP and throws
his medication. When filming this scene, it did take a while as there were quite a few cars constantly passing by
meaning that we had to wait often. However, I believe that we could have done this scene much better as with cars
constantly passing by it did cause some sort of irritation within us including the actors.
On Thursday, we had filmed the couple scene, which had been the last thing we needed to film for our entire short
film. On the day, everything had been planned and booked, although, the actor had been stuck in traffic meaning that
we had to wait an hour for him. This resulted with the weather changing and causing impatience. When he had
arrived, we had to make try film the scene perfectly without any problems. The first half of the scene, went well
however it had begun to rain therefore we had planned to film another day.
