3. Discussions
As a group we had decided to film during half day. This had allowed us to film a small scene for our
short film. We had to find all props for the day. With a few hours to go we had quickly got our props
and costumes ready.
Our actor had a sudden change of lesson, this had led to waiting an extra hour to film. The
cinematographer and I had decided to spend this time fixing up the set as the location had been
outside and with the bad weather it had not been nice the way I wanted it to be.
When filming both actors in our short film had cooperated well and this resulted to finishing filming in
a short amount of time. With no time being wasted it allowed our group to film in an efficient manner
with having plenty shots for the editor to choose from.
Also, having all members and managers of property to sign the location release forms and the actor
release forms had finally made it official that we had used them or their property for out short film.
We had fully discussed with our actors and our group that we will next film on the 28th November.
This date will include, finishing of our scene. However, the cinematographer and I had discussed that
we would like to film on an earlier date. This is because if any problems do occur we wouldn't have
any time to film again after 28th November due to the deadline being 1st December
