Webinar on Requirement Prioritization Process - iZenBridgeSaket Bansal
This document summarizes a webinar on requirement prioritization processes. It discusses the importance of prioritizing requirements due to limited time and budgets. Various prioritization techniques are covered, including financial analysis tools like net present value, internal rate of return, and payback period. Other topics include requirement types, factors to consider in prioritization like value and risk, filters like scope and testability, stakeholder engagement methods like multi-voting, and an overview of the PMI-PBA certification. The webinar emphasizes that prioritization is an iterative process and stakeholder involvement leads to long-term benefits.
The document discusses metrics for measuring agile software development projects. It outlines various common agile metrics like velocity, burn down charts, defects tracking, etc. It emphasizes that metrics should be used for process improvement and not for individual/team evaluation. The document also discusses an economic framework for using metrics to make decisions around scope, delays, risks that maximize overall project value. It concludes with information about agile training courses offered by the company.
Lean India Summit : From Productivity to Profitability Saket Bansal
The document discusses how organizations can improve productivity and profitability through adopting agile practices. It advocates creating an economic model to measure key metrics like cycle time, velocity and value delivered. This will help organizations make better decisions by considering overall profitability rather than just productivity factors. The document recommends focusing on optimizing the whole process rather than individual parts and watching work products rather than workers to minimize delays and waste.
Webinar On Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) | iZenBridgeSaket Bansal
This document summarizes a webinar on introducing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). It discusses scaling agile from the team, program, and portfolio levels. It introduces SAFe values and how it draws from agile, lean, and product development flow principles. It also outlines the SAFe framework at each level including elements like Agile Release Trains, program increments, and upcoming SAFe training events.
Making Project schedule using precedence Diagram Method (PDM) includes four types of dependencies or logical relationships. Many PMP® aspirants find Finish to start (FS) relationship easy to understand and practice with but other three confuses them a bit.

Agile NCR : Starting your business in a lean waySaket Bansal
The document discusses lean startup principles and how they can help startups avoid common failures. It explains that most startups fail because they start with a rigid plan that does not work rather than continually learning and adapting. Following lean startup principles like building minimum viable products to test hypotheses, measuring results, and having the courage to pivot based on learnings can help startups survive and innovate under conditions of uncertainty. The document advocates applying lean principles like focusing on innovation over growth, keeping work in progress limited, and optimizing the overall process.
Webinar on Agile Estimation : iZenBridgeSaket Bansal
This presentation covers basic details of agile estimation, it also elaborate how the sizing is done using story points and ideal days. This presentation also discuss the difference between ideal days and story point based estimation approach.
The document is an introduction to project management that covers key concepts. It defines a project as a temporary endeavor to create a unique product or service. It distinguishes projects from operations by their temporary nature and unique output. The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide provides standards and defines processes for managing projects through initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing phases. It also outlines 10 knowledge areas and 47 processes. The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification requires experience and passing an examination to test skills in PMBOK concepts.
Lean , Pull System & Kanban |iZenBridgeSaket Bansal
The document discusses lean software development principles and the pull system approach. It introduces 7 principles of lean software development: eliminate waste, build quality in, create knowledge, defer commitment, deliver fast, respect people, and optimize the whole. Some types of waste in software development are identified. The document then contrasts push vs pull scheduling and discusses using a pull system with Kanban to visualize and limit work in progress. Key aspects of implementing a pull system like Kanban boards and daily standup meetings are outlined.
Plan Risk Responses : PMP : Project Risk ManagementSaket Bansal
The document discusses strategies for managing risks on projects, including avoiding, mitigating, transferring, and accepting negative risks, and exploiting, enhancing, and sharing positive risks. It provides examples of applying different risk response strategies like avoiding a construction project that would pass through disputed land. The presentation also solicits examples of how to address risks like how to collaborate on a shared software authentication component between two teams.
The document discusses qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods in project risk management. It defines risk and describes qualitative analysis which involves assessing probability and impact through a risk matrix. Quantitative analysis numerically analyzes risk impact through tools like probability distributions, sensitivity analysis, and modeling. It provides examples of qualitative versus quantitative analysis and how qualitative analysis leads to quantitative analysis by identifying risks with the greatest effects. The overall process of risk management is also summarized.

The webinar covers all the major issues concerned with velocity. It talks about how velocity affects the project performance and why velocity is not to be the parameter to judge the performance of individuals or the team.

Embedded machine learning-based road conditions and driving behavior monitoringIJECEIAES
Car accident rates have increased in recent years, resulting in losses in human lives, properties, and other financial costs. An embedded machine learning-based system is developed to address this critical issue. The system can monitor road conditions, detect driving patterns, and identify aggressive driving behaviors. The system is based on neural networks trained on a comprehensive dataset of driving events, driving styles, and road conditions. The system effectively detects potential risks and helps mitigate the frequency and impact of accidents. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles. Collecting data involved gathering information on three key road events: normal street and normal drive, speed bumps, circular yellow speed bumps, and three aggressive driving actions: sudden start, sudden stop, and sudden entry. The gathered data is processed and analyzed using a machine learning system designed for limited power and memory devices. The developed system resulted in 91.9% accuracy, 93.6% precision, and 92% recall. The achieved inference time on an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense with a 32-bit CPU running at 64 MHz is 34 ms and requires 2.6 kB peak RAM and 139.9 kB program flash memory, making it suitable for resource-constrained embedded systems.
