This document discusses using Web 2.0 tools in the classroom to promote differentiated instruction, enhance comprehension, raise student interest and motivation, help students visualize ideas, and encourage creativity. It provides examples of several free Web 2.0 tools for students, including Glogster for creating posters, Edmodo for collaboration and sharing course content, VoiceThread for collecting audio and video conversations, and Animoto for creating animated videos.
